General Booking Information
Are the prices shown final prices?
Yes, the displayed price is the total package price. Movie Park Holidays also points out that there are no additional reservation or booking fees.
Why can a price change if I search again later?
Our prices and availability are shown in real time. If you repeat the same search later, the price may have changed in the meantime or a hotel may no longer be available.
What is included in the offer?
The offers include an overnight stay and park admission. In addition, Movie Park Holidays combines hotel, park admission, and depending on the offer, further included services in one package on the Travelcircus booking platform.
Can I book multiple nights?
Yes, your Holidays package can be extended with additional nights at the hotel.
Payment and Travel Documents
Which payment methods are available?
You can pay directly during the booking process by credit card with 3D Secure or PayPal. Klarna instant bank transfer, Giropay, and standard bank transfer are also available if you book at least 8 days in advance.
Is payment secure?
Yes, your payment is processed during checkout using verified SSL encryption.
When will I receive my travel documents?
After a successful booking, you will receive your travel confirmation by email. Once full payment has been made, we will provide your travel documents as a PDF download. These include the necessary reservation numbers, your hotel voucher, and your online tickets.
Do I have to print my travel documents?
Yes. Please print your hotel voucher, invoice, and admission tickets. You will need them for hotel check in and for access to the park.
What should I do if I have not received my travel documents?
If your documents have not arrived, or are incomplete, by no later than one week before departure, please contact us directly. The same applies if the documents differ from your booking confirmation.
I cannot open the PDF files. What can I do?
In your confirmation email, you will find a link where you can download Acrobat Reader free of charge. You can use it to open your travel documents.
Hotel and Services
How far are the hotels from the park?
Our partner hotels are located near the park and can be reached within up to 30 minutes by car.
Is breakfast included in the package?
Depending on the offer selected, breakfast may be included in the package. Overnight stay and breakfast. Please check the respective included services.
Where can I find information about my hotel?
You will find all important information in the hotel description of your offer. This also includes details about check in and check out. You will also find this information on your hotel voucher.
Do I have to print my travel documents?

Can I add extras to my booking?

Do I have to pay anything extra on site?
In some cities, a cultural tax is charged. If this applies to your hotel, you will pay it directly at the hotel on site.
Do I need an environmental badge for my car?
You do not need an environmental badge for the motorway or the direct route between the motorway and the park. However, some hotels are located in low emission zones. You can find out whether this applies to your hotel in the respective hotel description.
Children, Minors, and Groups
How are children taken into account when booking?
In some hotels, one child up to and including the age of 11 stays free of charge in the parents’ room. In other hotels, children are charged proportionally. Children up to and including the age of 3 have free admission to the park. For children up to the age of 3, baby cots are available in many hotels, or you can bring your own.
Can I book if I am underage?
No. If you are underage, you cannot book a trip yourself. Minor children are also not allowed to travel alone or check in to the hotel alone. At least one adult must accompany the trip and make the booking.

Changes, Cancellation, and Insurance
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. Changes and cancellations are possible, but not online. Please call us or send us an email with your booking number, your name, and your requested change.
Is there travel insurance?
Yes. You can take out travel cancellation insurance through our partner.
Are option bookings possible?
No. We do not offer option bookings.
I already have admission tickets or vouchers. Can these be credited?
No. We exclusively offer package bookings that combine hotel and admission tickets at the package prices shown. Tickets or vouchers already purchased cannot be credited.
Arrival and Park Visit
How do I get there?
Our offers are self drive packages. This means you travel independently, either by your own vehicle or by public transport.
Is there a shuttle service between the hotel and the park?
No. We do not offer a shuttle service.
Is there parking at Movie Park Germany?
Yes. You can park in the park’s own parking lots for a daily fee of €9. There is also a VIP parking area. Motorcyclists park free of charge.
How do I get to the park by public transport?
You can travel by train to Feldhausen. From there, it is about a 400 meter walk to the park. In addition, bus routes X42 and 267 go directly to the Movie Park stop at the main entrance.
When is the park open?
